The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), with the assistance of the Philippine Tax Academy – Internal Revenue Institute (PTA-IRI), conducted the Workshop on Recruitment Planning on May 25-26, 2026, at the BIR National Office in Quezon City.

The activity convened officials from the Personnel Division and the Administrative Human Resource Management Division (AHRMD) from Revenue Regions to develop recruitment plans aligned with competency-based human resource management practices.

This initiative reaffirms PTA-IRI’s sustained commitment to supporting the Bureau’s pursuit of organizational excellence and its continued progress toward Level 3 accreditation under the Civil Service Commission’s PRIME-HRM Program.
