Representing the PTA was Chancellor Ma. Pamela P. Quizon, who attended the convention as Special Guest and Resource Speaker upon the invitation of the National Real Estate Association, Inc. (NREA). During the event, Chancellor Quizon was also requested to provide updates and insights on the implementation of the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

The RPVARA session generated active participation and meaningful engagement from real estate professionals, housing stakeholders, and local government representatives nationwide. Participants eagerly raised questions and shared insights on the practical challenges, opportunities, and latest developments surrounding RPVARA implementation, reflecting the sectorโ€™s strong interest in valuation reform and its impact on governance, taxation, housing, and property development.

The exchange of ideas opened promising opportunities for future collaboration and prospective partnerships for LGFI in advancing capacity-building initiatives for the real estate and local governance sectors.

The PTA extends its sincere appreciation to the officers and leadership of NREA, particularly National President Ma. Loren B. Sales, Board Vice Chairman Atty. Amador Tolentino Jr., Board Chairlady Consultant Imelda C. Magtoto, and Executive Vice President and Overall Convention Chairman Jovi Francis W. Tupaz, for their outstanding leadership and for organizing a timely, relevant, and well-developed program for their members and stakeholders. Their efforts in convening government, industry, and professional leaders continue to strengthen dialogue and cooperation toward sustainable and innovative real estate development in the Philippines.
