Became a Law
The two (2) Chambers of the Fourteenth Congress approved bill sometime early 2010. Representative Exequiel Javier sponsored the bill in the Lower House, while Senators Panfilo Lacson and Juan Miguel Zubiri sponsored the bill in the Senate.
